I'm sorry you seem to be confused about our level of commitment to serve you. I do not have any control over State Farm's Underwriting Reviews that you were a part of, but we have in fact reached out to Ryan each year that I've been your agent. We contact each customer when your Homeowners Policy renews. We have called or text Ryan every single spring that I've been your agent to invite you in for a full complimentary Insurance & Financial Review. It has been 5 years since Ryan last accepted: On June 7, 2021 we met after hours to better accommodate your schedule. At that meeting we added Drive Safe & Save and removed an additional insured. Since then, my team has called and text each year to invite you in: May 4, 2022 April 11, 2023 May 01, 2024 May 06, 2025 Again on August 1, 2025 Ryan called in to change vehicles, and was offered another opportunity to complete an Insurance & Financial Review, to which he declined... We value each and every customer and go above and beyond other agencies to provide prompt, accurate, friendly and cost-effective service to our customers.
